We take care of everything to do with gutters: cleaning, repair, installation and new gutters, a maintenance agreement with a clean every spring and autumn, bird proofing and icicle removal (pages in Norwegian). We work on all types of buildings, from detached houses and cabins to housing cooperatives, apartment buildings and commercial buildings. We normally reply within 24 hours, and we usually carry out ordinary jobs within a few days. In busy periods, for example in autumn when the leaves fall, it can take a little longer, but we do our best to come as quickly as possible. If it is urgent, for example because water is getting in or dangerous icicles are hanging over the pavement, we prioritise the job as far as we have capacity.

All prices on the website exclude VAT; 25% VAT is added. A gutter clean costing NOK 5 000 excl. VAT therefore comes to NOK 6 250 incl. VAT. The minimum price per job is NOK 3 000 excl. VAT, and it covers travel, call-out and preparing the equipment.

You pay when the job is done, as agreed in the quote. You receive an invoice, which you pay by bank transfer. We never do more than you have said yes to: if we find anything else that should be fixed, we let you know and give you a price first. The exception is the maintenance agreement (in Norwegian), which is paid annually in advance, with one invoice a year and no fees.

We take on jobs in Oslo, Asker, Bærum, Drammen, Enebakk, Frogn, Lier, Lillestrøm, Lørenskog, Moss, Nesodden, Nordre Follo, Rælingen, Vestby and Ås, that is, Oslo and 14 surrounding municipalities. In Oslo we work in all districts. If you live outside these municipalities, you are still welcome to get in touch. Whether we can come depends on the travel time. We do not charge extra for travel within the areas we cover.

Yes, as far as we have capacity. If a gutter or downpipe has come loose, water is getting in, or dangerous ice is hanging over the pavement, call us on 21 95 51 44 and we will prioritise the job and come as quickly as we can. Emergency jobs normally cost 25% more than the standard price. Feel free to send photos or a short video so we can see how urgent it is.

Yes. In winter we do icicle removal (in Norwegian) and clear snow along the roof edge, and many repairs, such as securing loose brackets and downpipes, can be done all year round. We also install new gutters in winter, as long as there is not a lot of snow and ice on the roof. We prefer to seal joints when it is dry and mild, so that the sealant adheres.

Yes. We are fully insured, and everyone on our team is insured as well. As a private customer, you also have a 5-year complaint period under the Norwegian Craftsmen Services Act (håndverkertjenesteloven, in Norwegian).

This means you can make a complaint if the work we have done has a defect. The manufacturer's warranties also apply to the materials. If you notice that something is not working as it should, get in touch as soon as you discover it and we will look into it.

Yes. We work for private individuals, housing cooperatives, owners' associations, businesses, municipalities and public bodies, and we have the capacity for both small and large jobs. The board receives a written quote, we can invoice the managing agent directly, and if the job covers several buildings, we give a volume discount. On tall buildings, we work from a lift.
